This app supports practice and reflection. It does not provide therapy, crisis support, legal advice, medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency help.

Counselors sign in with an email account. Couples join through a private invitation link, and we never ask either partner for an email address.
No audio or video recording. No third-party tracking pixels.
No raw exercise answers are saved by default.
Shared notes are OFF by default and require BOTH partners to opt in.
You can delete all room data at any time. Rooms expire after 7 days.
